I was recently interviewed by the business magazine “COMPANY TANK,”
and had the pleasure of welcoming TV personality Miho Yabe to my studio
to talk about Hisseki-jutsu calligraphy.
During the interview, I spoke about my personal journey as an artist,
the origins of Hisseki-jutsu,
the intentions and spirit embedded in my creative process,
and my international artistic activities under KANJI TOKYO.
We discussed these themes from a variety of perspectives.
Ms. Yabe also observed a live demonstration of my calligraphy,
and asked insightful questions about the movement, rhythm,
and breathing unique to Hisseki-jutsu.
The feature article is scheduled to appear
in the March 1, 2026 issue of the magazine.
